Shipping Information
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to Canadian destinations.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship by regular tracked parcel with either Canada Post or one the major courier companies. Please note that courier deliveries require a physical address (not a P.O. Box).
How quickly will you ship out?
We generally try to fulfill all orders within 72 hours.
Will we be notified when the items are shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming when the items you ordered are shipped out, along with tracking information.
How do you calculate shipping fees?
Shipping to most of Canada (excluding remote areas) is free for any order of $75.00 or more (not including taxes). For orders less than $75.00, we charge a flat rate of $22.00.
What do you mean with “remote areas” for shipping?
“Remote areas” include places in Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories, or some of the northern regions of the provinces. If you wish to have something shipped there, please contact us to get a quotation on shipping costs.
Product and Price Information
Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all prices shown on the site are in Canadian currency.
Are taxes added to the price?
Federal and provincial taxes (HST, GST, or PST) will be applied according the province or territory you live in. You will be able to see the taxes at the time of check out, before you confirm your purchase.
Do you accept returns?
Product in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund subject to a 10% restocking fee.
What warranty is there on the products?
The standard manufacturers’ warranty applies to all products (except consumables), which is generally one year from the date of purchase.
