Description
Organic Broccoli-Brassica-Blend Sprouting & Microgreen Seeds
Organic Broccoli-Brassica-Blend sprouting & microgreen seeds contains broccoli, broccoli raab, radish, mustard, and arugula. This mixture is named after Brassica, the genus of plants in the mustard family to which the seeds in this mix belong. Brassica vegetables are rich in indole-3-carbionl, a chemical which boosts DNA repair in cells and appears to block the growth of cancer cells. They are also a good source of carotenoids, with broccoli having especially high levels.
Storage: Our seeds should sprout well for a year after you purchase them, if stored in a cool dry place. If you’d like to extend the germination life of your seeds, store them in the fridge. If you store your seeds in the freezer, they’ll last even longer!
